- Inbound and Outbound Calling
- Scheduling Appointments with Clients who Request Our Services
- Providing Top-Tier Customer Support Regarding Insurance Packages over Zoom Video Call
- Report Daily Production Numbers
- Attend Group Training Classes
- Maintain Long-Term Relationships with Active Clients
