The role…

We are looking for a skilled data analyst to support our ACO Operations team for 30 hours per week between June and September 2025. The hourly rate is between $40 - $50 per hour based on relevant experience.

To be successful in this role, you will have

• Substantial experience organizing, cleaning and analyzing data in various formats. 

• Resourcefulness in gathering information using online tools. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas.

Who you are…

• Undergraduate student/recent graduate or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with Google products (especially Google Sheets).

• Ownership and accountable mentality. 

• Ability to work quickly and adjust priorities gracefully. 

• Healthcare experience is a big plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range Pearl Health expects to pay for this position is between $40 - $50 per hour.
