UKG WFM Consultant

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a client-facing consultant with deep expertise in UKG solutions to help organizations unlock the full value of their workforce technology. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on system knowledge, supporting clients as they align their UKG platform with broader workforce goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a strategic advisor, partnering with clients to assess their use of UKG WFM solutions and identify areas for optimization.
• Guide organizations through best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements within the UKG ecosystem.
• Translate business requirements into actionable UKG system configurations—ensuring outcomes align with client objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, functional assessments, and hands-on solution design.
• Provide post-deployment support and recommendations to drive long-term platform success.
• Maintain trusted, ongoing relationships as a proactive point of contact for workforce management strategy.

Who You Are:

Required:

• 5+ years in workforce technology consulting or HRIS support, including hands-on UKG platform experience.
• Experience with UKG WFM.
• Proven ability to lead conversations with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfortable with remote work and willing to travel at client request. (not often)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• UKG certifications and cross-platform familiarity a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
