Remote position -(HAWAII residents) Axion Contact is seeking motivated, sharp and well-spoken individuals for multiple Call Center positions. This is an extremely fast paced call center where are Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all customer inquiries. Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:Strong Customer Service / Call center / Data Entry Position. Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies and quickly adapting to changes and modificationsCommunicate with patients/medical professionals. Appointment scheduling. Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer serviceWorking independently with little to no supervision on goal oriented projects and tasksAxion seeks candidates who can thrive in this setting with the ability and professional demeanor, to follow detailed instructions, efficiently execute multiple tasks at once, communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers.
