- Manage inbound calls with an emphasis on providing outstanding customer service
- Conduct interviews with potential clients to collect essential information and evaluate their case eligibility
- Complete client intake documentation and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the intake process
- Utilize empathy to connect with clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the legal process
- Build strong rapport with clients swiftly, maintaining a professional yet compassionate demeanor
- Clearly articulate the services offered by our firm and how we can assist each client
- Organize and manage client information utilizing case management software and additional resources
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize with clients in difficult situations
- High attention to detail and the capacity to multitask while remaining focused
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Experience in a legal setting (e.g., law firm or similar) is essential
- Proficiency in using case management software is advantageous
- High school diploma is required; an associate’s or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles
- Background in a legal environment is required
