Marketing / Sales Assistant with Excellent Project Management skills (10 hrs / week)
This is a part time, approximately 10 hours / week role.
Requirements (MUST Haves)
1. Attention to details 2. Organized 3. Efficient & reliable project manager 4. Great communicator – comfortable over confirming/not assuming, and comfortable reaching out to different team members when necessary 5. Sees internal team members as their customer 6. Experienced using data for daily / weekly / monthly reporting on KPIs 7. Flexible 8. Takes feedback well 9. Solid writer who can contribute to blog posts; excellent proof editor 10. Curious/loves to learn 11. Innovative 12. Passionate 13. English native speaker (or native-like level) 14. Ideally able to overlap with morning EST hours
Nice to Have
1. Experience in social media with posting and creatives 2. Email marketing experience with sending out newsletters 3. Sales assistant experience – working with pipelines , organizing and keeping track of sales activities
Responsibilities / daily & weeky tasks
1. Manage the agency’s content calendar and make sure the marketing activities happen per schedule 2. Follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure marketing activities are completed on time 3. Create and maintain structures for reporting on marketing KPIs and activities 4. Contribute to blog posts and social media posts 5. Coordinate and follow up with other team members and resources to ensure timely delivery of projects 6. Others, on request
