- Flight Bookings: Manage inquiries and bookings for flights via phone, email, and our website, ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process for our clients
- Travel Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, offering flight options that best match their schedule and budget
- Airline Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines to secure competitive fares and provide the best travel options to our clients
- Itinerary Management: Assist in the creation of detailed travel itineraries, ensuring flight schedules align with clients’ overall travel plans and preferences
- Special Requests Handling: Coordinate with airlines to accommodate special requests, such as seat preferences, meal requirements, and assistance for travelers with special needs
- Travel Documentation: Guide clients through the requirements for travel documentation, including visas and passports, ensuring they are prepared for their journey
- Feedback and Quality Improvement: Solicit feedback from clients post-travel to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement
- High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment

- Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
