The Time Wage & Pay Team understands the importance of optimizing lululemon's time and pay practices to meet both pay compliance and future forward scalability, and we know that payroll remains at the epicenter for employee financial wellness. a day in the life:
This role will deliver a product vision, strategy and roadmap for the lululemon Time Wage & Pay Team. The Product Manager works closely with the Time Wage & Pay Manager, business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure project plans are in place and managed. The Product Manager activities will include:
- Intake analysis, prioritization, deployment planning, tracking and progress reporting.
- Create and execute a multi-year strategy, roadmap and long-term vision for wage and pay initiatives.
- Create and maintain strategy, reports, metrics, and implementation plans.
- Define, maintain and communicate product-specific value outcomes and metrics, including the methods of measurements and identifying the baseline values.
- Apply advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
- Partner with cross teams to execute strategy in achieving wage and pay compliance vision.
- Maintain alignment across technology, finance, and business teams.
- Use change management techniques to drive adoption.
- Identify potential value of wage and pay initiatives and prioritize according to the impact, urgency and resources available.
- Build and maintain 12-24-month Product roadmap of sequenced product initiatives.
- Partner with other Product Managers to ensure all roadmaps are highly coordinated and collaborative
- Execute Roadmap and ensure initiative deliveries are smooth and timely.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or business
- 3+ years of project management/industry work experience within HCM
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience working as a Product Manager, OR 3-5 years' experience working in HR Operations as a Senior HR Product Leader or Senior HR Analyst (or similar) with a focus on service management/delivery, system and process optimization, data integrity and the enablement of people programs
- Advanced ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of service management related to employee wage and pay and other HR technologies (e.g. Time Off and Leave modules within a HRIS solution, Workday, etc.)
- Well-honed project management and road-mapping skills
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities in a highly dynamic, rapidly growing and changing environment
- Highly organized
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (waterfall and agile) and compliance requirements such as PCI & SOX
- Ability to manage project budgets including capital and expense costs
- Strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, decision-making skills and aptitude to learn and manage change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
