WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Develop a compelling content strategy & thought leadership around key themes and anchor assets to drive lead-generation, brand awareness, and PR.
- Establish Hinge Health as a thought leader in the musculoskeletal (MSK), digital health, and benefits space.
- Grow top of funnel leads and brand awareness through whitepapers, survey reports, blogs, videos, infographics, and other thought leadership content.
- Drive mid-funnel conversion to opportunities through conference & webinar event decks and customer case studies.
- Lead a high-performing and engaged team of content marketers.
- Strategic: Experience developing a compelling content strategy that resonates with employer benefits, consultant, and health plan personas.
- Communication: Excellent writer and strong verbal communicator with the ability to synthesize complex topics into a concise and easy-to-understand language in multiple formats from whitepapers and event/webinar decks to videos.
- Creative: Exceptional storyteller that can create original content with a unique point of view that rises above the noise as well as innovate fresh content marketing ideas.
- Analytical: Data-driven content marketing leader that is comfortable with analyzing clinical, survey, and platform data to create compelling storylines as well as diving deep into content performance metrics and tracking.
- Project management: Able to get things done and effectively prioritize many competing demands. Strong project management skills are a must, with experience managing design teams, freelancers, and agencies to scale quality content in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative: Able to work effectively cross-functionally and build alignment with key stakeholders on content and content strategy
- Systems thinker: Experience building a robust and scalable content creation process
- Resilient & adaptable: Passionate about execution excellence, with a track record of bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects. Able to roll with the punches. Effective fire-fighter.
- Leadership: Has a broad worldview, who can effectively guide, inspire, and empower a high-performing and engaged team. An effective people leader and coach that leads with empathy.
- 10+ years of experience in managing and scaling content marketing functions at hyper-growth companies in complex verticals such as healthcare.
