The Opportunity

We are seeking a freelance Senior-Level Graphic Designer with expert proficiency in Figma and strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). This freelance role is ideal for a seasoned designer who excels in managing large marketing campaigns and creating compelling designs for promoting our church management tools to church leaders and faith-based communities.

As the lead designer for key marketing initiatives, you will help drive the visual direction of major campaigns and events, ensuring our tools are presented in the most engaging and impactful way. You will be the go-to person for design, while other team members will handle the art production and implementation of your creative vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead marketing campaigns: Develop cohesive designs for digital and print assets promoting our church management tools, including email campaigns, landing pages, ads, and more.

- Design print materials: Create marketing collateral for large campaigns and events, such as brochures, one-pagers, event booth graphics, and other offline assets.

- Figma Expertise: Design a wide range of digital assets, including landing pages, email headers, advertisements, and other marketing materials that contribute to effective campaigns.

- Collaborate with marketing team: Work closely with other stakeholders to align designs with marketing strategies and ensure that visual assets resonate with church leaders and faith-based communities.

- Manage feedback loops to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work, maintaining design consistency across channels.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with churches or in a faith-based marketing environment is highly valued.

What We’re Looking For

- Senior-level experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing large marketing campaigns and event-related work.

- Expert proficiency in Figma, with advanced knowledge of its features

- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite to support print and offline marketing needs.

- Familiarity with the marketing needs of churches and faith-based organizations is a strong plus.

- Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating impactful, mission-driven designs.

Compensation and Time Commitment

- Competitive hourly rate based on expertise and experience.

- Approximately 20 hours per week
