Location: Remote/Hybrid (UAE-based)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with prospective students and parents to explain our education consultancy services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the admissions process.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities to improve services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current university student in the UAE with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Russian or Arabic are a plus).
- A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively.
