This role will serve as the primary point of contact for system configurations related to agent contracting, commissions, and call Center support. It can be expected that this individual will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and manage the product backlog. They will also be overseeing the implementation and testing of system configurations, and ensure they meet business needs and comply with regulations. Other responsibilities include providing ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
