And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs an Analyst, you will be responsible for selling CVS Specialty Pharmacy services to top specialty prescribers. You will be supporting our Sales Operations team to grow specialty sales through telephonic, e-mail, and fax outreach. The Analyst will collaborate with field-based Territory Sales Executives to identify opportunities in 2 to 3 geographic territories (150+ prescribers per territory).This role is essential to evaluating data trends as they relate to sales call activity and script growth and adjusting tactics within the group accordingly. This position will document all sales call planning and activity in a CRM database, salesforce.com. Additionally, you will utilize pharmacy operations computer systems to track the status of prescription fulfillment and provide updates to the top specialty prescriber offices.Additional Responsibilities Of The Inside Sales Representative Include
- Ability to manage consultative relationships related to selling
- Utilize assessment techniques such as examining, questioning, and evaluating
- Utilize strong planning, organizing and communication skills
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- 1+ year of experience in a sales or marketing role with proven success record
- 1+ year of experience with CRM
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Received professional sales training or certifications
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Ability to analyze documents as they relate to a specific disease state
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Able to adjust to frequent healthcare market changes
- Willing to work both independently and also as part of a team in order to deliver results
- Ability to work from home if company designates this as a requirement of the role
