Seeking AI Developer: Internal Knowledge & CRM Chatbot (Self-Learning, Wealthbox Integration)
We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a custom internal chatbot that allows our team to:
✅ Retrieve company policies, workflows, FAQs, and procedures from internal documentation.
✅ Sort through financial planning history in our CRM (Wealthbox) to answer questions about client interactions, past meetings, and notes.
✅ Improve over time by self-learning – If the bot doesn’t know an answer, it should request input from an admin and store the new response automatically.
✅ Work within Microsoft Teams – The chatbot should be integrated directly into Microsoft Teams for easy employee access.
✅ Ensure cybersecurity compliance – The developer must coordinate with our cybersecurity team to align with security and compliance policies.
The chatbot should provide secure access for employees only and be user-friendly for non-technical team members.
