- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Reporting to Design & Build Product Design Manager
- Design exceptional end-to-end product experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
- Experience designing in complex product spaces, with preference for experience in designing systems and creation tooling for web development or design.
- Experience and familiarity with front-end web development technologies (HTML/CSS; JavaScript preferred)
- Champion customer insights in your process
- Demonstrate a history of shipping features with a high bar for craft
- Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
- Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross functional partners
- Proactively seek out and consider feedback gracefully in order to continuously integrate, improve, and iterate your work and skills
- Have a bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company.
