Weed Man Lawn Care, an award-winning lawn care company, is hiring Remote Outbound Sales Reps to join our growing team! If you're enthusiastic, goal-driven, and enjoy talking to people, this is the perfect opportunity to launch or grow your career from the comfort of home.

Job Highlights:

• Make 150–200 outbound calls/day to warm leads

• No cold calling – all leads provided

• Introduce customers to our programs & services

• Paid training to help you succeed
• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule (some Saturday overtime during spring)

✅ Requirements:

• Must live in one of the following states: WI, IL, IA, MO, OK, TX, ID, UT, NE

• High-speed internet & your own computer (no Chromebooks)

• i5 processor or equivalent, SSD, 8GB RAM minimum

• Willing to install company-provided antivirus software

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role
