Our areas of focus include life insurance, health coverage, and retirement planning, all aimed at ensuring our clients' financial security and peace of mind.How We Operate:Our agents have access to a nationwide inventory of leads from prospective clients who are actively seeking insurance solutions. By collaborating with in-house product specialists, you will tailor solutions to meet individual client needs, including age, health status, financial responsibilities, and long-term goals. After verifying client information, you will schedule appointments to discuss optimal coverage options, which can be conducted via phone, Zoom, in-person, or during meals. This position allows for a flexible work environment, whether remote, in-person, or hybrid. Once clients select their coverage, you will assist them in completing the application process through our user-friendly platform. Commissions will be paid directly to your bank account upon policy approval, with some carriers offering instant approval for potential payment as soon as the next day.Compensation:This is a 1099 commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Our carriers provide generous payouts with no income caps or minimum quotas. Part-time agents working 15-20 hours a week may earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per month (approximately six policies), totaling around $70,000 annually. Full-time agents can expect to earn between $15,000 and $17,000 monthly (15-20 placed policies), potentially resulting in $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
