The role involves conducting remote I/O checks, setting up IP addresses for VFDs, verifying device communications to PLCs, and making basic edits to PLCs.Responsibilities

• Conduct L1 commissioning at customer sites along the East Coast.
• Perform remote I/O checks to ensure system integrity.
• Set up IP addresses for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Verify device communications to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Make basic edits to PLCs to enhance system performance.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in commissioning in the field.
• Proficiency in Rockwell Automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and conveyor systems.
• Experience with VFDs and device communications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various customer environments.
• Experience with HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.

Work EnvironmentThis is a travel-focused role with a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule, seeking candidates specifically in the Phoenix area. The role involves regular meetings using MS Teams and requires adaptability to different customer environments, including those of major clients like Amazon, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
