Operates all departmental equipment to process payroll and run reports. Although duties normally follow established procedures, responsibilities may include routine, minor corrections to documents ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Works under general supervision of the Payroll Branch Chief. Experience with payroll or accounting, with a commercial, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) compliant accounting software. Experience with basic formulas in Microsoft Excel is required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:1. Proficiency in typing, and data entry is desired. 2.
