As a Commercial Claims Injury and Litigation Manager, you will manage the claims technical activities of Claim or Staff operations. Responsibilities include managing claim Supervisors who oversee the investigation and settlement of claims, providing guidance on technical or procedural problems concerning complicated claims, understanding and managing claim-related expenses, handling vendor management, and recommending procedural changes as needed.Requirements:2+ years of Trucking Claims Leadership Experience, 2+ years of litigation experience, 2+ years of experience with high exposure injury lossesMust be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills Must be able to multi-task Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural informationMust be able to work in any GEICO office location, hybrid scheduleHighly qualified candidates will:Own the outcome in all scenariosFind ways to navigate a dynamic environmentEmpower individuals and teams to do their best workBuild and strengthen partnerships across organizational linesMake data-driven decisions that align with our strategic goalsAnnual Salary $115,825.00 - $181,425.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
