Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in regular personal and leadership training to continually enhance your skills.
• Mentor and support new team members via phone and Zoom (one-on-one) to help them succeed and grow within the role.
• Place ads on various social platforms to generate inquiries (full training and support provided for successful applicants).
• Conduct structured interviews via phone (training provided).
• Collaborate with a global team, with access to cutting-edge tools, training, and resources for success.
• Attend 3 global Zoom training meetings per week.
• Leverage our successful business systems and innovative marketing strategies to expand your reach.
• Online and self-paced training for successful candidates.
