Compensation Range: $20 - 24 per hourWe are looking for a Social Media Communications Specialist for a remote opportunity to cover a 20-week maternity leave. While remote, a strong preference will be given to candidates who can align with PST working hours due to the immediate team's location.This role requires a highly self-starting and independent individual who can pick things up quickly.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate daily with the social media team.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly social media reporting.
- Boost designated social media posts to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor daily news and trends related to real estate, and other relevant topics, compiling insights into spreadsheet trackers and emails.
- Prepare weekly highlights of daily activities and monthly updates on posting performance (e.g., client-related content, rental market trends).
- Compile information from internal meetings and distribute as needed to relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum 1-2 years of social media communications experience, including proficiency with Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Demonstrated understanding of social media goals and key performance indicators.
- Proficiency with Google Docs.
- Ability to take instructions effectively and execute tasks accurately.
- Previous experience working for medium to large-sized companies.
- A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
