Compensation Range: $75,000 - 95,000 per yearAn established e-commerce organization is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and elevate their growing business. Reporting directly to the VP of E-commerce, this role is crucial for the daily operations, including account and inventory management, backend optimization, and brand content and advertising. The Account Manager will partner with DTC and marketing teams in a collaborative, results-driven environment that encourages professional development.Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the VP of E-commerce and team in managing the day-to-day operations of the marketplace.
- Execute regular content updates to ensure a consistent brand experience across all product listings.
- Support inventory control by assisting with stock fulfillment, collaborating with supply chain, and contributing to future product demand planning.
- Contribute to enhancing product visibility through SEO optimization of listings.
- Assist with monitoring product visibility and overall account performance.
- Analyze competitor online strategies to ensure the company's offerings align with industry standards in categorization, promotions, and emerging trends.
- Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content for the company's and affiliated brands' storefronts, product pages, and ads.
- Implement high-quality content strategies for new product introductions on their respective detail pages.
- Support the continuous improvement of existing product listings and brand storefronts.
- Manage the upload and merchandising of all new visual and textual content.
- Analyze FBA costs to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Work with finance to evaluate channel profitability and develop strategies to enhance net revenue.
- Track storage costs and slow-moving inventory, implementing strategies to minimize removal orders.
- Monitor and address shipment issues, unsellable inventory, listing suppressions, and other account-related escalations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 4+ years managing accounts and e-commerce operations.
- Expertise in Seller and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience with large product catalogs (50+ SKUs) and driving double-digit growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of how messaging and visuals drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Experience managing A+ content.
