This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding ERP projects, developing and customizing solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infor CSI (SyteLine) development, Microsoft .NET technologies, and SQL, along with the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions within Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). * Develop, customize, and enhance SyteLine ERP applications using T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net.

• Experience with Infor Mongoose

Design and implement web-based solutions utilizing ASP.NET/MVC, APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.Troubleshoot and debug ERP-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to define project specifications, provide accurate estimates, and manage delivery timelines.Document technical designs, best practices, and system modifications.Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and clients as needed.Maintain high standards of customer service and technical excellence.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) development.Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.Net. * Strong background in web development, including ASP.NET/MVC, APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Experience with Infor Mongoose
• Experience with Infor OS, IDM, and IOM workflow is a big plus

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to client interactions.Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting project deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Previous consulting experience in ERP or technical services.Strong customer service mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Salary + Quarterly BonusMust be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
