For more information about American Home Shield and Frontdoor, please visit .ResponsibilitiesSummary: Directs sales strategy implementation to ensure quota attainment of sales team within assigned region. Leads sales plan development and implementation within key accounts. Be a leader among others Region Leaders. Lead major account presentations, negotiations, and ongoing partnership requirements. Determines account targets and leverages internal assets in account procurement. Manages budgetary expenditures. Collaborates with senior management team to develop sales acquisition strategy and requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Leads sales plan development and oversees implementation within key accounts.
  • Creates and directs major account presentations, negotiations, and ongoing partnership requirements.
  • Determines account targets and leverages internal assets in account procurement.
  • Manages budgetary expenditures for assigned region.
  • Collaborate with management team to develop sales acquisition strategy and requirements.
  • Be a change leader to support company initiatives and direction
  • Partner with other Regional Leaders across the organization and engage in mentorship opportunities
  • Leads projects or initiatives where the company is working through proof of concept or new strategic opportunities
  • Mentor other Region Leaders, either within Divisions or Nationally, to assist with career development
  • May assume other duties as applied.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in strategic sales management
  • Knowledge of the real estate and home warranty fields
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail
  • You have managed dispersed/remote teams, specifically in sales or operations.
  • Have a true hunter mentality, can lead others with a hunter mindset to build, grow, and maintain a market
  • You contribute to finding early trends/leads to go after business and can prioritize new opportunities
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically create and deliver presentations
  • Able to communicate to the team, and track to Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Utilize Client Management System to coach and lead teams towards high-gain activities driving business and account growth
  • Are a self-starter, can be transparent and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment
  • Problem resolution mindset and being able to take a step back to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Are open to new ideas and continually look for new approaches in sales to help your team and the organization

  • Analytical and quantitative skills; experience with excel and Microsoft products is required and can report out on strengths/opportunities in each designated account you are assigned to
  • Efficient in planning and reporting in and outside a CRM
  • Track record of influencing and driving change through diverse stakeholder groups remotely
  • Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills (via zoom or in person) and can influence the phone or in person.

QualificationsPreferred Skills:Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day.
