To learn more about us, please visit our website at .We are seeking outstanding physicians to join our functional medicine and clinical nutrition team. We are looking to build up our "virtual" and local teams in Chicago and surrounding suburbs!! We provide outstanding patient care combined with best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for licensed MDs, DOs, and NPs from various states who want to be part of a dynamic and rapidly growing company and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. The compensation range is $130,000-$300,000 per year, depending on credential/experience and includes base salary and revenue share/bonus opportunity.Many of our current functional medicine providers have done extended work/training in the following: American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM), Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI), Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN), Functional Medicine University (FMU), and the College of Integrative Medicine (CIM) and take a data-driven approach to patient care. We manage staffing, practice management, billing and reimbursement and provide all equipment. We have a robust marketing team, and your occasional participation in marketing content creation and events is required.Job Responsibilities:
- This position focuses mainly on hormone health - including predominantly Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), thyroid conditions, and some medication management
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions
- Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
- Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine
- MD, DO, or NP - with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Anti-Aging or Lifestyle Medicine
- Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings preferred
- Ideally full-time, but must be able to work at least 16-20 hours per week (including 1-2 evening shifts)
- Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL license and any remote location determined
- For MD/DO candidates, a current IL DEA number is required (or must be obtained)
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers
- Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
- Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
