Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.The Manager Program/Project Management is responsible for ensuring the overall success of a team of both process experts and document analysts that drive key requirements for the Federal Employee Program (FEP) business. As a leader, you will oversee the review and allocation of all tasks, ensuring consistent outcomes and high-quality standards.How you will make an impact:
- Plans program/project scope and design.
- Establishes process to continually monitor program progress and efficiencies.
- Develops metrics and program/project reporting tools.
- Responsible for championing local stakeholders and tactical decision-makers.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
- Will lead a team responsible for:
- Conducts a thorough and timely review of the FEP Plan Incentive Program (PIP) findings in collaboration with the business
- Leads creation and ongoing maintenance of documentation to support business processes to ensure consistency.
- Provides business support using a range of post-implementation tools, including associate chat.
- Develops process maps to capture current and future state flows to drive both project and process discussions.
- Prior FEP experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to analyze workflows, processes, supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Knowledge Library and/or BlueLINK document repositories preferred.
- Prior experience working in healthcare insurance highly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a project management capacity highly preferred.
- Experience in Change Management and Business Readiness highly preferred.
