- Strategic Influence: By consulting with the leadership team to set strategic direction and operating plans, the role significantly impacts the distribution center's efficiency and competitiveness through continuous improvement projects.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Eight (8) years of work experience in supply chain, distribution or logistics in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years of experience specifically in project leadership or operations excellence.
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of experience working in an Automated Distribution Center and Labor Management program.
- Certifications in CSCP, CLTD, SC Pro or APICS
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop innovative engineering solutions to drive improvements.
