Role and Responsibilities:
As the ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will spearhead their ServiceNow practice, driving strategy, delivery, and growth. You will lead a team of consultants, oversee high-impact projects, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the ServiceNow practice strategy, aligning with business goals to achieve 20% year-over-year growth.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM) for enterprise clients, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Mentor and manage a team of 10-15 ServiceNow consultants, fostering skill development and certification attainment.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and secure new ServiceNow engagements, targeting $5M in annual revenue.
- Provide technical leadership in platform customization, leveraging ServiceNow's low-code App Engine and AI features (e.g., Now Intelligence).
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring 95%+ client satisfaction scores through strategic advisory and solution delivery.
- Stay current on ServiceNow releases (e.g., Vancouver, Washington DC) and industry trends to maintain competitive edge.
- Partner with ServiceNow account teams to align on certifications, partner status, and co-innovation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or architect role.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM mandatory; ITOM, HR, or CSM preferred).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.
- Proven track record leading ServiceNow projects ($1M+ budgets) for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, or government.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM), Flow Designer, App Engine, and integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of low-code development, AI-driven automation, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5+ consultants and driving practice growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present to C-level executives.
- Familiarity with competitors like Pega Systems or Appian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
