Your responsibilities involve the overall support and management of client relationships. You will assist in onboarding new clients, both collecting the relevant information and executing the tasks necessary to build their accounts and set up their chat service. You will also work directly with the client to both preemptively and reactively address their needs. You will have the opportunity to be directly responsible for client outreach and will be expected to both be comfortable and professional while speaking on the phone and writing emails.Job Requirements: - Basic proficiency with common office software required. (email, spreadsheets, documents) - Beginner-level knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript preferred (formal training not required). - 1 - 2 years prior experience in a sales or customer support environment.Why Ngage?
