• Hourly rate of $95 to $100 dollars (Sr. Therapist / Lead Therapist - $40 - $45)
• Annual earning potential of $52,600 to $55,300 dollars based on billable hours
• Manageable caseload of no more than four clients

What You Will Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight, training, and support to RBTs both virtually and in person
• Partner with caregivers, educators, and clinical staff to coordinate care
• Track client progress using data and modify interventions as needed
• Ensure timely and compliant documentation aligned with HIPAA standards

About the Role:National Therapy Center is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children in the Washington, DC area.This is a great opportunity for experienced BCBAs and senior or lead therapists who will be preparing to sit for the BCBA exam within the next 90 days.The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and a manageable caseload with no more than four clients.You will be able to have input in setting your schedule during daytime hours and access to a hybrid work model with options for virtual supervision and limited in-clinic presence.Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification or
• Candidate sitting for the BCBA exam within the next 90 days
• Licensed in Maryland or willing to obtain licensure within 30 days (required for clients credentialed through Maryland providers but seen in DC)
• Minimum one year of ABA experience working with children
• Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating across teams

Preferred:

• Background in home or school-based ABA settings
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
