• Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
• Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Data Entry Specialist:

• Research competitor pricing and products via websites and direct outreach
• Analyze and update price sheets, filtering out outdated or discontinued items
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems (including warehouse systems)
• Download and manage data using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs required)
• Ensure product pricing aligns with applicable tariffs and internal standards
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with remote teams and customers
• Support general administrative tasks related to pricing operations

What you will bring to the Data Entry Specialist role:

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)
• Comfortable navigating websites and handling data downloads
• Proven administrative background
• Confident and professional communicator by phone and email
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond professionally to challenging inquiries
