Genesys Cloud Engineer

Job title: Genesys Cloud Engineer in Miramar, FL at Genuent Company: Genuent Job description: Title: Genesys Cloud Engineer Location: Miramar, FL (M-TH on-site, F remote) Compensation: $65-72/hour Duration: 6 month contract to hire Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Genesys Cloud EngineerKey Responsibilities:

• Build and configure call flows, IVRs, queues, and agent routing rules
• Implement omnichannel capabilities (voice, chat, email, SMS)
• Configure and test integrations w/ external systems (CRM, WFM, etc.)
• Support voice quality, SIP trunking, SBC, BYOC Implementations
• Support provisioning and system administration for users, roles, and divisions
• Perform health checks, platform tuning, and platform upgrades
• Design and build dynamic call/chat flows using native tools (Genesys Architect, Amazon Lex, Dialogflow)
• Integrate NLP/NLU models for intent recognition and response handling
• Implement dynamic data dips (CRM, backend APIs) and self-service action
• Deploy bots, virtual agents, and agent assist features
• Intent mapping, entity extraction, and voice UX design, data actions, connectors, and error handling
