Pharmacist - Clinical Review/PBM - Fully Remote

Job title: Pharmacist - Clinical Review/PBM - Fully Remote in Minneapolis, MN at Actalent Company: Actalent Job description: DescriptionYour main role will be utilizing your clinical skills to complete utilization management reviews (Prior authorizations, Coverage Exceptions, Quantity Limit exceptions, and more). You will complete these reviews independently amongst a team of your peers and other pharmacy professionals.

• Quality and performance are measured by monthly quality and productivity goals

Qualifications/years of experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent

• Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the candidate is licensed.

Must Haves:1. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.2. Drive to deliver results orientation.3. A motivated self-starter who does not need constant direction or feedback to drive results.4. Ability to make clinical decisions independently5. Flexibility to change and resourcefulTechnology Requirements:

• Proficient with learning new computer systems, basic IT trouble shooting and using multiple monitors

• Word and Excel

• Ability to type 35+ WPM

Additional Requirements:

• Previous PBM or Case/Care Management experience. Retail experience (ex: CVS, Walgreens, etc.) highly preferred as well.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
