- Continuous R&DPrototype exploits, test emerging defenses, and share findings with teammates hungry to learn.
- 7+ years leading penetration tests or red‐team engagements across varied tech stacks.
- Mastery of AD attack paths (Kerberoasting, DCSync, ACL abuse).
- Fluent with Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic, Covenant, or similar C2 tools; skilled in defense evasion.
- Scripting wizardry in Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.
- Clear, concise communicator both on paper and in person.
- At least one core cert: OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN (OSEP, OSED, GXPN = bonus round).
