This integrated network will service multi-channels like B2B, B2C, B2B2C, e-commerce, direct to store, dropship, returns, and more, leveraging asset-based, asset-light, and non-asset models.We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Valencia, CA!3rd shift: 9pm-5:30amWeekend availability required.JOB SUMMARY:A Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for overseeing a team and leading their tasks. These tasks include loading & unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck or forklift. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Identify any discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest. Oversee other warehouse agents and performance, identifying any areas of noncompliance and reporting these to management. update any overages, shortages, and damages in the operating system.Essential Functions:Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucksMaterial handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products and other like dutiesMust ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accuratelyIdentifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, delegate tasks to Warehouse Agent 1 and 2Train and help Warehouse Agent 1 and 2 with daily tasksRead and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environmentEnsure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Must be able to use forklifts, pallet jacks and banding/shrink wrap materialExperience using a RF scan gun requiredMust be able to work overtime as needed, occasional weekendsMust be able to read and comprehend work instructions wellMust have ability to work well with othersBasic MS office and data entry skills preferredHigh attention to detail requiredMust have ability to work well with others with little supervisionMust be able to lift 50+lbs. unassistedMust be able to speak, read, and write in EnglishEDUCATION:High School or equivalentEXPERIENCE:Must have 3-5+ years prior warehouse leadership experienceCompany Benefits:MedicalDentalVision401k + Company MatchEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffFlexible Work Schedules (when possible)And more!Pay Range:$67,000-$69,000 salary*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
