You will be in charge of taking customer orders, mixing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, making beer and wine recommendations, and keeping the bar area clean and sanitary at all times. - Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
- Receive payments and settle patron checks and tabs, as well as correctly record daily sales totals in point of sale system
- Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
- Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality
- Experience with mixology and building new recipes and techniques
- TN ABC License Required
