Job description: We’re looking for experienced drivers to join our Midwest Regional Fleet. If you want to enjoy weekly home time, great pay, and a supportive work environment, this is the opportunity for you!Job Details:
- Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time with 34-hour resets.
- Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
- Miles: Average 2,200 miles per week.
- Pay: From $0.57 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience.
- Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,500 gross per week.
- Average Haul: 300 miles per load.
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of payout).
- Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 additional CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
- Equipment: Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.
- Support: 24/7 operations support to assist you whenever needed.
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits kick in after 30 days of employment.
- Vacation: Paid vacation after one year of service.
- Valid CDL-A.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, trailers must be greater than 40 feet.
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
