Provides a variety of financial data; maintains and updates financial models and plans. Participates in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and utilization of financial models and analysis.
- Manages Vendor relations including but not limited to invoice review / approval, payment issues, vendor setup, and PO requisitions
- Maintains invoice Tracker file and analysis for management
- Provides actual vs budget vs forecast variance analysis and related reports as needed.
- Supports budgetary and forecasting processes as directed by Manager.
- Analyzes and communicates weekly metrics, monthly results, quarterly and annual projections.
- Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
