The Program Manager plays a critical part in ensuring that our digital health tools and services align with strategic goals and meet the needs of our patients and organization.Education Qualifications:Key Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight and management of digital health products and services associated with but not limited to the following products: Epic Campaigns, remote patient monitoring, and MyChart Care Companions
• Drives continuous quality improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes that improve patient safety, quality, and experience
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, quality, information systems and patient experience, to support optimization of digital health products and services
• Supports internal initiatives by promoting digital health tools and services within the organization
• Stays current with industry trends and best practices in Digital Health

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital health or healthcare domain
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in healthcare system leadership
• Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience utilizing Epic electronic health record
• Experience with digital health tools and services, including remote patient monitoring, virtual care coordination, mobile health apps, patient outreach and communication tools
