The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and will be responsible for managing product listings, updating inventory levels, and tracking order statuses. You will collaborate with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment. - Manage product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
- Update inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
- Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Adhere to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
- Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
