Fulltime Therapist-Remote
Job Title: Full-Time Remote Therapist Company: Stepping Stones LLC (AODE/BHSO & Sober Living) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: Stepping Stones LLC is an Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE) and Behavioral Health Services Organization (BHSO), offering comprehensive treatment and sober living support for individuals in recovery. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate therapist to join our team, working remotely to make a meaningful impact. Position Overview: We are looking for a KENTUCKY licensed therapist with credentials in social work to provide remote therapy services. The ideal candidate will facilitate group therapy, conduct individual sessions, and maintain treatment plans for clients within our AODE/BHSO programs and sober living residences. This is a great opportunity to work with individuals at different stages of their recovery journey in a supportive and flexible environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on recovery, mental health, and life skills.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions to address personal challenges, mental health needs, and recovery goals.
- Develop and update treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, ensuring goals are met in line with their progress.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
- Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, and other clinical staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Participate in staff meetings and supervision as required, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care.
- Ensure that clients adhere to their treatment plans and comply with program requirements, adjusting as needed.
- Support clients in sober living residences by coordinating care plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues related to their recovery.
Qualifications:
- Must hold KENTUCKY credentials in Social Work or Counseling, such as:
- CSW (Certified Social Worker)
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
- Or other relevant mental health credentials
- Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health settings preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients remotely.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, recovery principles, and behavioral health interventions.
- Proficient with technology and able to navigate electronic health record (EHR) systems for remote documentation.
