Online Data Analyst
About this role We are looking for a Data analyst to spearhead our product analytics initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our EPD team to develop analytical rigor, establish key metrics, and provide recommendations for product improvements. You will lead growth initiatives and present insights that will directly impact our product roadmap. As an early member of the team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of data at Writer. You’ll help define our metrics layer and consolidate our data into a single source of truth. You’ll have to navigate between data modeling, dashboarding and stakeholder management. You’ll constantly be challenged with hard problems, while juggling many data requests. Your responsibilities Data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to extract meaningful insights, and identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions. Design and analyze A/B tests. Reporting: Create dashboards and visualizations that will lead to better business outcomes, product development prioritization and higher operational efficiencies. Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, GTM and other cross-functional teams to standardize and report on key metrics, while supporting each team with their ad-hoc reporting needs. Data literacy: Develop resources to empower data access. Drive the vision, building, and adoption of self-service analytic capabilities. Data leadership: Champion best practices and serve as a subject matter expert in data modeling, analytics, and visualization. ️ Is this you?
