YouTube Content Specialist (Part-Time)
Description: Can you take a beautiful fountain, a glowing fire pit, or a handcrafted planter and turn it into scroll-stopping YouTube content? If so, you might be the perfect fit for us! We’re The Blissful Place, a U.S.-based brand that celebrates elegant outdoor living — from handcrafted planters and fountains to cozy fire pits and serene garden décor. We’re looking for a part-time YouTube Content Specialist to help us grow our channel with calming, visually polished content that reflects a high-end lifestyle. This is not a strategist role — we’re seeking someone skilled in execution who can take clear direction and deliver consistent, quality results. Monthly Responsibilities Long-Form Video (1x/month): Upload a provided, fully edited video Write 2 engaging, SEO-optimized titles Write a keyword-rich description with relevant tags and hashtags Add end screens, cards, and organize playlists Design 2 mobile-optimized thumbnails for A/B testing YouTube Shorts (5 per week / 20 per month): Pull key ~45 sec clips from the long-form video Write a strong hook (first 1–2 seconds) Add branded text overlays, captions, and light visual motion Select licensed music from Envato Elements (using our subscription) Upload, title, tag, and schedule each Short in YouTube Studio Channel Optimization: Organize and update playlists Link related videos Maintain a clean, brand-aligned channel layout ✅ What You Need: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand direction 2+ years of YouTube content experience (not just strategy) Proficiency in CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar Thumbnail design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) Strong written English for SEO titles and descriptions Familiarity with YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ for keyword research Reliable internet and ability to attend brief weekly Zoom check-ins (camera on) This Role Is a Good Fit If: You’re creative but thrive with structure and clear expectations You value feedback and long-term, part-time work You’re organized, responsive, and work independently This is not the right fit if you prefer full creative control or need full-time hours.
