Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the selection of qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday and UltiPro for tracking applicants and maintaining employee records.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide insights on candidate fit for various roles.
  • Develop and implement effective HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and recommend suitable hires.
  • Participate in training development initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting, business development, preferably in an internal capacity.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, or Paychex is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and employee evaluation processes.
  • Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate qualifications effectively.
  • Knowledge of training development practices is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
