• This web and mobile app allows tenants in buildings to do everything they would need to do in the building, including package delivery and pickup, maintenance requests, and asking questions to the team managing the building without picking up the phone.
• The app integrates other innovative building features with back-of-the-house system access, giving residents and property managers total control over the tenant experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the growth and implementation of the SaaS product for the customers. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, assisting both sales and customer success teams in demonstrating the platform’s capabilities, onboarding new clients, and ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. You will be responsible for managing the implementation and adoption of the software on already closed deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring a smooth delivery of the solution for the customer.
• Ensure that when deals or leads for the product come in from property management companies and their teams that the requirements are understood, you are talking with stakeholders, and kicking off implementations.
• Collaborate with the engineering, development, and sales team to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions for the property management application.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers along with providing training to clients on features, customization options and best practices.
• Develop proof-of-concept configurations to showcase the platform’s capabilities.
• Work closely with product and development teams to align solutions with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• You MUST HAVE SaaS or tech Property Management application experience in solution engineering roles or something extremely similar.
• 5-10+ years of experience in a pre-sales support, post-sales, implementation manager, or solutions engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of property management technology, smart home integrations, and access control systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product development teams.
