Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Care Review Processors to join the Utilization Management team to help with the influx of membership growth. To be successful in this role this individual must have experience in a customer service or administrative support role within the healthcare industry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all information relating to patient care plans, treatment requests, diagnosis requests, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations are accurately recorded into the computer system for efficient care delivery. This is a fast-paced environment with an expectation of processing 30+ requests a day with a sharp eye to detail to ensure all information is accurately recorded and processed. Skills And Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative support role within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience entering authorization requests and provider inquiries into the computer system.
  • Experience reviewing authorization requests to ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded.
  • Experience verifying status and/or updates to patient care plans, eligibility, and benefits.
  • Must be able to attend each day of training, which is the first 30 days of the assignment.

Training Schedule 1: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM EST 4:30 PM EST 9:00 AM CST 5:30 PM CST 11:00 AM PST 7:30 PM PST Training Schedule 2: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM EST 3:00 PM EST 7:30 AM CST 4:00 PM CST 9:30 AM PST 6:00 PM PST

  • Must be able to work 1 of the 4 schedules below once training is completed.

Schedule A: 8 AM PST - 5 PM PST: Tue-Sat (8 Hr. Shift) Schedule B: 9 AM PST - 5:30 PM PST: Tue-Sat (8 Hr. Shift) Schedule C: 6 AM PST - 5 PM PST: Mon (Choose 1: Tue, Wed, Thu) & Fri/Sat (10 Hr. Shift) Schedule D: 7 AM PST - 6 PM PST: Mon (Choose 1: Tue, Wed, Thu) & Fri/Sat (10 Hr.
