The Work:
- Provide virtual therapy to adolescents and adults
- Create treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Apply your therapeutic style (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, mindfulness, etc.)
- Complete timely and professional documentation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards
- Participate in case consultations as needed
You Bring:
- Active NJ license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
- Experience working with teens and adults
- A solid telehealth foundation and the comfort of working independently
- Clear, compassionate communicator — in session and in documentation
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with specialized approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care
- Bilingual fluency (not required, but a plus)
