This role suits energetic, caring, and adaptable individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about customer service and travel. ### Responsibilities – Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers. – Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures. – Provide information and support to passengers, including on flight schedules, seat adjustments and in-flight services. – Serve beverages, meals, and snacks, and sell onboard merchandise. – Manage in-flight emergencies and administer first aid as needed. – Assist passengers and fellow crew members during flights. ### Requirements – Minimum age of 21 years. – High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. – Ability to reach overhead bins and stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. – Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. – Ability to work legally in the United States. – Ability to relocate as needed and flexibility in scheduling. – Ability to work in a confined space aboard an aircraft. – Customer service experience is highly preferred. ### Educational Qualifications – High School Diploma or GED. – Further certification in safety or hospitality is a plus. ### Experience – Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not necessary. ### Company Overview American Airlines is a major American airline headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, and is one of the largest airlines in the world.
