Part-Time Lead Generation/Sales Support (REMOTE)
We are seeking a PART TIME, REMOTE Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong lead generation and research background in B2B, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. What You'll Do: - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and reports - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team - Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities (lead generation) - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Salesforce or other CRM software - Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing details - Assist with order processing and tracking, ensuring timely delivery of products or services - Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques Experience Needed: - Previous experience in sales support role - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - B2B research and lead generation experience - Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools - Ability to effectively market and negotiate technology products or services - Familiarity with technical sales or telemarketing is a plus - Comfortable making warm calls to potential customers If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technology sales and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
